(“DocBid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation, governing your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services operated by DocBid that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services in any manner — including visiting the website, registering an account, requesting quotes, submitting information, or otherwise interacting with the Services — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.
DocBid grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. Portions of the Services can be accessed without an account, but certain features (like requesting multiple contractor quotes or accessing saved bid history) may require you to create an account and provide accurate information.
“Content” means any text, data, graphics, images, audio, video, or other information provided through the Services — including contractor listings, bid responses, pricing, and scheduling information.
This Agreement is a contract. You acknowledge that by using the Services you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions in this Agreement, including any additional terms specific to certain features.
We may change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by other means. Your continued use after changes are effective means you agree to the updates.

All content available through the Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice, referral, or endorsement of any third party.
The Services may allow you to interact with or link to third-party sites or platforms (such as social logins, payment processors, mapping tools, analytics partners, etc.). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy practices, and DocBid is not responsible for their content or conduct.
If you purchase proposed treatment plans or use payment functionality through the Services:
DocBid does not guarantee pricing accuracy, and providers may charge additional amounts outside the Services.

THE SERVICES, CONTENT, AND ANY MATERIALS PROVIDED ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DOCBID DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You understand and agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOCBID AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF DOCBID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCBID’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID (IF ANY) TO DOCBID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DocBid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
DocBid may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., liability limitations, indemnification, intellectual property rights) will continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the state in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, unless prohibited by law. You and DocBid waive the right to a jury trial and class actions to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may change these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.
